Terms and conditions

Effective November 3, 2026. These terms are between you and Appalachian Digital ("we").

By creating an account or using Drift Bite, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your account

Listings come from businesses

Trucks and planners publish their own menus, prices, hours, locations, and events. We don't run the trucks or the events, and we can't promise a listing is accurate or that a truck will be where it said. Check with the business if something matters to you, especially allergens and dietary needs. Anything you buy is between you and the business.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you upload, and you give us permission to show it in the app, on the website, and in shared links so people can find you. What you post must be accurate and yours to share. A review must be your own honest experience, and you can't review a truck you work on.

What's not allowed

We don't tolerate objectionable or abusive content or behavior, including:

Reports and moderation

You can report a truck, event, photo, menu item, or review from the app. We review reports and may hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Suspended accounts can't sign in, and their listings are hidden. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.

No refunds for businesses

Any fee an event planner or vendor, including a food truck operator, pays us is final and non-refundable, to the extent the law allows. That includes subscription and per-event fees. We don't give refunds or credits for unused time, cancelled events, or accounts that are closed or suspended, whether you close the account or we do. This doesn't cover what you buy from a truck or at an event, which is between you and the business.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time, as described in the privacy policy. We may close accounts that break these terms, or when the law requires it.

Disclaimers and liability

Drift Bite is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything a business does or fails to do.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and let you know. Using Drift Bite after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
